Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qq108 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). To be eligible to register and use the qq108 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
21+ Policy: qq108 takes its age restriction obligations seriously. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming guidelines.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the qq108 Platform. Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. qq108 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all Accounts may be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person. qq108 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify qq108's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
All qq108 Accounts for players based in Indonesia are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not offered; all deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
qq108 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, and periodically during the Account's lifetime.
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
qq108 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours (WIB) of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to five (5) business days. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification completion.
If a Player is unable to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, qq108 reserves the right to suspend the Account and return any uncontested Real Money Balance to the Player's last verified payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

qq108 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, an active responsible gaming self-exclusion request, a bonus rollover that has not been completed, or where a system error may have affected the Account balance. qq108 will notify you of any hold and the estimated resolution timeline within twenty-four (24) hours.
Accounts that have remained inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. qq108 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee and process will be disclosed in the Platform's Cashier policy at the time of notification.

All bets placed on qq108 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or lottery market, as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. Key general conditions include:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qq108 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the qq108 Platform — including but not limited to the qq108 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game assets supplied by third-party providers — is the intellectual property of qq108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of qq108.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. qq108 does not guarantee any return on bets placed. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
qq108 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your qq108 Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other Platform matter, you should contact qq108's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at the address listed in Section 17. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots or transaction references).
qq108 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours (WIB) and to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days. Complex disputes involving bet settlement or account review may take up to fourteen (14) business days. qq108 will keep you informed of progress throughout the resolution process.
qq108's decision on any dispute regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or account status, once made after full review, is final and binding. qq108 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in bet settlement at any time, including after initial settlement has occurred.
qq108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qq108 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq108 holds its operating license. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanisms for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute arising under these Terms.
Nothing in this clause limits qq108's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
